Privacy Policy — AYMEVA

AYMEVA ("we", "our", "the app") is an internet radio streaming app. This page explains what information the app collects, why, and how it is handled.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and display name from that provider so we can create and identify your account. We never see or store your Google/Apple password.
• Profile information. A display name and, if you choose to set one, a profile photo you upload from your camera or photo library.
• Favorites. The list of radio stations you mark as favorites, so it can sync across your devices.
• Chat messages. Messages you send in a station's live chat room are visible to other listeners in that room. Messages are kept only temporarily (up to 24 hours, and capped at the most recent messages per room) and are then automatically deleted. Automated spam protection and moderation systems may temporarily mute or ban accounts that violate community rules.
• Technical data. Standard request data (such as IP address) is processed transiently by our servers to serve the app, stream audio, and protect the service against abuse (rate limiting).
• Payment information. Purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store billing systems. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial credentials.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use third-party advertising or analytics/tracking SDKs.
• We do not share your data with third parties except the infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service (cloud hosting, and Google/Apple for authentication and billing).

Your choices and account deletion

Profile management: You can update your display name and profile photo at any time in the app's Settings.

Account & data deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (favorites, profile info) at any time directly inside the app under Settings > Profile > Delete Account, or by submitting a deletion request to the email below. Upon confirmation, your data is erased immediately from our active database.

Third-party content, trademarks & disclaimer

AYMEVA is an independent internet radio player and directory. All radio station names, logos, and stream artwork shown in the app remain the property of their respective owners/broadcasters. AYMEVA does not host, own, or claim any rights to third-party radio streams or their branding — it only links to and displays publicly available streams and metadata, for identification purposes only. If you are a rights holder and want a station corrected or removed, use the "Melden" (Report) button on the player screen inside the app, or contact us at the address below.

AYMEVA ist ein unabhängiger Internetradio-Player und ein Verzeichnis. Alle in der App angezeigten Sendernamen, Logos und Stream-Grafiken bleiben Eigentum der jeweiligen Inhaber bzw. Sender. AYMEVA hostet, besitzt oder beansprucht keine Rechte an fremden Radiostreams oder deren Markenzeichen — es verlinkt und zeigt lediglich öffentlich zugängliche Streams und Metadaten ausschließlich zu Identifikationszwecken an. Rechteinhaber, die eine Station korrigiert oder entfernt haben möchten, nutzen bitte den Button „Melden" auf dem Player-Bildschirm in der App oder kontaktieren uns unter der unten stehenden Adresse.

Children's privacy

AYMEVA is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves (for example, when new features are added). Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
